Who’s Who
Meet Jasper Hollow
The Clumsy Romantic
Jasper Hollow was the archetypal hopeless romantic. Born at the turn of the 20th century, he grew up in the jazz-drenched streets of the 1920s. His heart was always full of poetry, photography, and the art of carving delicate trinkets from bone — a medium that allowed him to capture fleeting emotions and quiet beauty.
Charming but notoriously clumsy, Jasper had a tendency to trip at the worst possible moments: spilling ink across love letters, toppling a sculpture, or dropping a bouquet on a first date. And yet, this awkwardness only made him endearing. He carried himself with a gentle humor, constantly attempting to make the world laugh, even when the world seemed too serious to notice him.
Despite his charm, Jasper always felt out of his depth around Lilith Marlowe — a vibrant, mischievous artist whose energy and talent seemed larger than life. He adored her from afar, quietly leaving sketches of her mischievous smile tucked in places only she might find.
